The Human Rights Action Plan, the 4th package of the judicial reform brought to the agenda by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in November, will be announced to the public with the program to be held in Beştepe.
 
After the Human Rights Action Plan, which consists of 11 principles, 9 goals and many goals, is announced, legal and administrative arrangements will begin quickly.
 

4TH PACKAGE OF JUDICIAL REFORM WILL BE ANNOUNCED TODAY

 
The studies regarding the "reform in the judiciary and the economy", which was brought to the agenda by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on November 13, 2020, have been concluded.
 
Details of the work on the Human Rights Action Plan, one of the goals of the Judicial Reform Strategy Document, will be shared today with the program at the Presidential Complex.
 
The package on economic reform will be announced to the public by President Erdogan in the second week of March. The program, which will start at 13.30 today, will be held at Beştepe Millet Congress and Culture Center.
 
The Human Rights Action Plan to be announced will be the 4th package of the Judicial Reform Strategy Document. While 3 packages of judicial reform were previously submitted to the Parliament, they were enacted and put into effect.
 

122 OF 256 ACTIONS COMPLETED

 
Following the announcement of the Judicial Reform Strategy Document including the Human Rights Action Plan on May 30, 2019 by President Erdoğan, 122 out of 256 activities in the document have been completed with numerous administrative regulations and legal studies.
 
Within the scope of the document, about 50 percent of which was implemented, 3 judicial packages have been enacted in the Parliament so far. The 4th package, the Human Rights Action Plan, will be shared by President Erdogan today in Beştepe.
 

THE INDEPENDENCE AND IMPARTIALITY OF THE JUDICIARY WILL BE STRENGTHEN!

 
The Human Rights Action Plan, to be announced by President Erdogan, is planned to be the Turkey's main policy document.
 
The regulation is expected to handle legislative and administrative activities on the basis of legal predictability, transparency and accountability. With a strong emphasis on the right to property, vested rights, the personality of crime and punishment, and the presumption of innocence, various changes are aimed in these areas.
 
In addition, the plan envisions important activities that will strengthen the independence and impartiality of the judiciary, the assurance of judges and access to justice.
