The lawlessness scandal in Turkey's most important farmer organization, Agricultural Credit Cooperatives, cannot be covered up.
While the farmer partners of the cooperative were weeping because of the wrong policies implemented, the attempt of the unlawful general manager Fahrettin Poyraz, who made a great fortune with a monthly income of 180,000 liras, to pressure and threaten the justice system against the Milli Gazete exploded in his hands.
The applications of Poyraz, who was so surprised that he slandered the Milli Gazete with the slander of "making news with the FETO tactic", were not even taken seriously by the court.
POYRAZ LOSE ON BOTH SIDES!
In the criminal complaint filed with the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the top management of the Milli Gazete, it was noteworthy that the Chief Prosecutor's Office did not even take Poyraz into consideration. While the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office rejected the criminal complaint without even seeking the testimony of the Milli Gazete senior management, the objection made to the Ankara 5th Criminal Judgeship of Peace was also rejected. These two decisions, which became final in favor of the Milli Gazete, will prove the rightfulness of the Milli Gazete and will also serve as an important piece of evidence regarding the unlawfulness of Poyraz.
ILLEGALITY IS FIXED WITH DOCUMENTS BUT NO REVIEW IS DONE
While Turkey's most important farmer organization has been managed unlawfully for 3.5 years, irreparable damage has been done to the institution in the future, it is noteworthy that no investigations and investigations have been made in the face of this unlawfulness. It is noted that while the unlawful appointment in 2017 was concealed by the then Chairman of the Board of Directors Selahattin Külcü, even from President Erdoğan, a legal investigation against Poyraz was prevented by using the office of the Presidency.
