Some people say that the third period is passed by separating the Republican period into three phases.

Namely; From the first term until 1946; that is, the phase of multi-party rotation. The period until the 9th of July 2018, when the President of the Republic of Cyprus was sworn in. The third period is the days we are in and the years ahead. Moving from that, it is said that the system has changed.

I think that, first of all, the following questions need to be asked before the subject's is reconciled:

Is this a system change?

Should the order established in parallel with the global system change?

In one word, of course.

However, now, "the system has changed in Turkey" If we say we don't find this phrase right, I think we have identified the right. Resisting the global system is another thing, extending the life by collaborating with this system is another thing.

Firstly; You are going to tell me that you are a National Opinionist. You will stay in this structure for a long time. You will then declare that you have removed the National Vision Shirt and you will claim that you have evolved a way you say Conservative Democracy but you can not even describe what you are and then change the system.

No Such Thing. If there is a change, it is not the system, but the ones claiming to have changed the order. In the world, when the closed systems collapse, the regimes are destroyed, the survival here should be well studied.

I think the following examples give relevant, informative information on the subject. After a long time, M. Kemal shouted the crowd, "Live, Pasha ...", at the train station of Haydar Pasha on his way back to Istanbul. Pasha, unaffected by this situation, whispered to his companion, Falih Rıfkı Atay,

"Do not believe them! If Wahdettin comes back, he applauds him as well. "Menderes, on the other hand, had the opposite character. In particular, he believed in the enthusiasm of the crowds gathered at rally squares.

Result?

The result is obvious. One gave his last breath in the narrow, and the other continued to survive.

It is also very striking that the issue of Hurriyet Newspaper's former writer on the corner of Hasan Pulur. 1971 ... CHP propagandist speaking coffee house often says "this order will change". An old man from the listeners is in a cynical attitude. The young propagandist ends his speech and goes to the old man:

"Uncle, do not you believe that this order will change?" He asks ... The answer given by the man is not very important, but it is clear how Ecevit has changed the order.

By referring to Merve Kavakçı who entered the Assembly with the headscarf:

"Put this woman in her place!" And this despotic understanding still preserves its place on the minds. If the system change is meant by "order", it continues to survive. But there may be a partial change in practice.

In order for it to be understood correctly, it may be more accurate to think that the "system" can be thought of as a "power" rather than a state administration. In this direction, it may be possible to arrive at the following judgment:

In Turkey, it continues the same practice and understanding of the system. If it is changing, it is not the system, but the methods in the application that maintain the existing system. Also, in this country, to understand what happened; it is necessary to understand the logic of the global system.
