Felicity (Saadet) Party Konya Deputy Abdulkadir Karaduman spoke at the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) about India's attacks on Muslim citizens during Ramadan. Karaduman stated that Hindus attacked the homes of Muslim citizens and said, “We, as a country, have to show the necessary reaction in the face of these incredible atrocities. Our Ministry of Foreign Affairs should conduct diplomacy to prevent atrocities.”
Saadet Party Konya Deputy and Head of Youth Branch Abdulkadir Karaduman brought the acts of violence against Muslims in India to the General Assembly of the TBMM. Saying that the tortures against Muslims have increased all over the world, Karaduman pointed out that Indian Muslims, whose population has reached 200 million, are subjected to torture by radical Hindus supported by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government.
“MUSLIMS’ HOUSES SET ON FIRE”
Saying that girls are under serious pressure, Karaduman added, “While because of the headscarf ban Muslim girls are subjected to oppression in the country, violence against Muslims began to increase even more during Ramadan. Many Muslims were injured in the mosque raid carried out by Hindu terrorists in the state of Karnataka. In the state of Rajasthan, however, about 40 Muslims’ homes were set on fire by radical Hindus. As a country, we must show the necessary reaction in the face of these incomprehensible atrocities. Our Ministry of Foreign Affairs should conduct diplomacy to prevent atrocities.”
