The 7th Ordinary Congress of the Felicity (Saadet) Party İzmir Provincial Directorate was held at the İsmet İnönü Art Center. Saadet Party leader Temel Karamollaoğlu also attended the congress, where Mustafa Erduran was elected as the provincial president. Karamollaoğlu made an earthquake warning at the congress and said, “We have to be prepared for an earthquake. Our cities should be built according to earthquake risk”.
The 7th Ordinary Congress of the Felicity Party İzmir Provincial Presidency was held at the İsmet İnönü Art Center. At the congress held in accordance with the coronavirus measures, Zekeriya Hazırbulan handed over the task of provincial head to Mustafa Erduran. At the congress attended by Saadet Party leader Temel Karamollaoğlu, deputy chairmen Şerafettin Kılıç and Mahmut Arıkan, Youth Branch General President and Konya Deputy Abdülkadir Karaduman, and many representatives of non-governmental organizations were also present.

Saadet Party leader Temel Karamollaoğlu started his speech at the congress by wishing God's mercy to those who lost their lives in the Izmir earthquake. Karamollaoğlu said, “The comments made by our scientists say that many of our cities have earthquake risk. That's why we have to be prepared for an earthquake. Our buildings should be prepared according to these risks. Our contractors should be careful. Control mechanisms should fulfill their duties. There should be construction in our cities according to earthquake risk. Our cities should be built according to earthquake risk”.

Speaking about his party's newly opened headquarters building, Saadet leader Karamollaoğlu said, “We entered our new headquarters building in Ankara. Many people shed tears when we left our previous building. We built our new building in a state of scarcity. I would like to thank our members of the organization who helped us. Our sisters and brothers sent their bracelets and the children their pocket money. Millions like that did not come to us. God bless everyone who contributed. We established our new headquarters with halal money.”

Zekeriya Hazırbulan, former Provincial Chairman of the Felicity Party Izmir, who handed over his duty to Mustafa Erduran at the congress, said, “Today we are experiencing a flag change. We carried out important works with our organization and board of directors. We worked for the success of our Felicity Party. Now our Mustafa President will continue these studies. I wish him success, ”he said. Mustafa Erduran, who started his duty as the İzmir Provincial Chairman of the Felicity Party, said, “As the İzmir organization, we know İzmir closely, we know the troubles.
