Saadet Party leader Temel Karamollaoğlu continues his visits to political party leaders.

Karamollaoğlu, who visited the CHP and the Good Party leaders, this time made a "good luck" visit to the Deva Party Chairman Ali Babacan.

During the visit that took place at the Headquarters of the Deva Party, Karamollaoğlu was accompanied by the Deputy Chairmen of the Felicity Party Sabri Tekir, Cafer Güneş and the Spokesperson of the Felicity Party, Birol Aydın.

KARAMOLLAOĞLU: "ONLY FRIENDSHIP VISIT"

After the meeting, which lasted about 1 and a half hours, the two leaders made a joint press release.

Deva Party Chairman Ali Babacan stated that they exchanged views on country issues.

Saadet Party leader Temel Karamollaoğlu stated that they came late for a good visit to the Deva Party due to the Covid-19 pandemic and said, “We came to congratulate them today. We wish them success in the new establishment phase. The Deva Party definitely contributes to the solution of problems. We exchanged ideas about some events in our country and the world. It was just a friendship visit.”

"THE POLITICS MUST BE REAL"

Responding to the statements of Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu about his parties, Babacan said, “It is not a person we follow daily. We saw a style that we are not used to. Theater is an important art space. Artists perform in their own fields of arts. But politics has to be something real. I always pay attention to this; I look at what people in politics are saying, I look at what they are saying today. If there are frequent zigzags, I do not dwell on these expressions. Today's expressions are like this, it varies according to another conjuncture”.

"THERE IS A COMPLETE SYSTEMNESS"

Deva Party Chairman Ali Babacan stated that they will hold their first congress on Tuesday, December 29th and said, “We want to be ready for a possible election as soon as possible. The President and the Parliament decide on early elections. We do our own work accordingly. Turkey is growing very big problems. In our opinion, this new system is completely unsystematic. Unemployment is at a record level! Our citizen cannot see the future. There is a climate of despair. We think that there should be no separation of powers in the country, leaving the decision maker between the lips of a single person and establishing a strong parliamentary system. System change is very important! Management mentality also needs to change.”

"CITIZEN SHOULD NOT BE FEARED"

Stating that the alliance formed by the government does not offer a future to the citizens, Babacan said, “I call on the small partner and the other partner. They seek criminals to draw attention to another point. In Turkey, we attach great importance to democracy. We care a lot about freedom. We call on those who do not work; you cannot silence the country. As we say freedom, they are afraid. We say our nation don't be afraid anymore; they should not be afraid.”
