Saadet leader Karamollaoğlu made a statement on his social media account regarding the appointment of trustees to the Science and Art Foundation and İstanbul City University.
Stating that the appointment of a trustee to the Science and Art Foundation and İstanbul City University will not benefit anyone and that the decision is political, Karamollaoğlu said that it is clear that the decision to appoint a trustee to the Science and Art Foundation, which is one of the important science and thought institutions of our country, is taken for a political purpose. It is not possible to be accepted. This wrong decision should be abandoned as soon as possible.
Emphasizing that the decision of the trustee is a blow to democracy and law, Karamollaoğlu said, "This decision is a blow to law, democracy and understanding of the foundation. It is no use for anyone to calculate 'taking political revenge' over the foundations that have been the symbol of our civilization for centuries."
