Felicity (Saadet) Party General Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu was the guest of this week's Wednesday Conferences, which became the traditional of Economic and Social Researches Center (ESAM).
ESAM President Recai Kutan, MPs, bureaucrats and many citizens participated in the program which was held in the ESAM Conference Hall on the subject of eternal world peace and the construction of the future.
Karamollaoğlu underlined the need to keep the right superior and avoid the persecution if peace is desired in the society, "We need a new world. We need to know our features. We must determine the policy by knowing the facts. We must establish peace in this New World without causing war. We must ensure peace through dialogue," he said.
Karamollaoğlu started his speech by giving examples from the past and explained the reasons of the emergence of ideologies and the development process.
Karamollaoğlu stated that he had just understood that people should be in harmony with nature and said, "Nature is a trust to us. The air, the water, the forest, the land is a trust to us. All natural plants are our custody. The world realized that. Because he used it so badly that the air he breathes is not healing him. People can't find water anymore. Forests are being destroyed by humans. However, people need to act in harmony with nature. The West has just woken up about the environment. If we cannot comprehend them as Muslims, we cannot understand our difference from others," he said.
JIHAD MEANS KEEPING THE RIGHT SUPERIOR
Karamollaoğlu emphasized the necessity of keeping the right to superiority and avoiding the persecution if peace is desired in society. We regard the right to neighbor as spiritual values. Neighbor right is very important. Because the Prophet said, "It is not one of us who lies full when his neighbor is hungry". He doesn't ask about his religion. Open it! Therefore, we call jihad our effort to make these spiritual values prevail as a requirement of our belief. Jihad is not taking a sword and fighting. Therefore, our view of the issue is very different. Jihad means working hard to ensure the right.
WE NEED A NEW WORLD
Karamollaoğlu reminded that the West had established many organizations in the name of preventing unrest after the Second World War and pointed out that the West had given up its principles after the events of September 11.
Stating that the West is acting with a kinky understanding, Karamollaoğlu said, "We need a New World. We need to know our features. We must determine the policy by knowing the facts. We must establish peace in this New World without causing war. We need peace through dialogue. There shouldn't be double standards in the search. Justice must be respected, equality must be. There's no exploitation. Human rights must be respected! If we want peace in the world, it must be fulfilled."
Emphasizing the need to protect the family institution, Karamollaoğlu said, "Family is the foundation of society. Family; men, women and children. If this situation is destroyed, society will be destroyed. There are those who think of raising people through tubes. I don't know if he's the person he raised. But if the notion of family disappears, society is destroyed. There is a great effort towards this. They have gone a long way in expressing society," he added.
