Ambassadors of Islamic countries met at iftar, hosted by Felicity (Saadet) Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu. Ambassadors of Islamic countries, mission chiefs and many guests attended the iftar program held at the Saadet Party Headquarters. The program, which started with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an, continued with the opening speech of the Saadet Leader Karamollaoğlu. Thanking the participants for their participation, Karamollaoğlu started his speech by congratulating everyone on the blessed month of Ramadan.

KARAMOLLAOĞLU: “MUSLIMS ARE THE MOST AFFECTED IN THE WORLD IN A CHAOS”

Emphasizing that Ramadan is a month of mercy and blessings, it is also a month that strengthens brotherhood and helps the Islamic world to regroup and recover, and continued: “Unfortunately, the world of humanity is being dragged into a terrible disaster with each passing day. The world is heading towards a more and more chaos environment with each passing day; In such an environment, millions of people lost their lives and millions more people will have to lose their homeland, land, spouse, children and loved ones. Today, Muslims living on earth face great suffering, and the Islamic world as a whole is affected by this chaos. For many years, this chaos has been experienced in almost every Islamic town. For years, our Muslim brothers and sisters have been shedding blood and tears, and this environment almost never changes! We all have great responsibilities in order to stop this bloodshed and tears. The month of Ramadan and our coming together just like here today should be instrumental in remembering our responsibilities, reminding each other, and embracing them,” he said.

“OUR PROBLEMS, OUR DISTRESSES AND OUR DIFFICULTIES ARE COMMON”

“Our problems, our difficulties and our troubles are common. The pain of one of us affects and should affect all of us deeply. We are like the members of a body, and we should be. Therefore, in the face of our common problems, our common responsibilities it is natural to be. We have and can have differences; however, we must preserve our differences, take our common principles and ideals as a basis, and focus on and seek solutions based on our common principles. Our faith commands us to do so. Despite our differences, we are obliged to live in peace and brotherhood by showing respect to each other. In other words, we Muslims have to cooperate at all times and on all grounds. Our faith commands us to do this,” he added.

“ESTABLISHING ISLAMIC UNITY MUST BE OUR PRIMARY GOAL”

Emphasizing that the events that take place in non-Muslim countries from time to time are on the world agenda, Karamollaoğlu continued his speech as follows: “We also see that some Islamic countries have made this agenda a priority issue; but he has closed his eyes and ears to the events that have taken place in another Islamic country for years! This is an unacceptable approach; Of course, we also deal with the troubles of other countries, but while we are taking care of them, we can never ignore or neglect our own problems! Syria, Yemen, Arakan, East Turkestan, Myanmar, Kashmir, Palestine and the Islamic world as a whole... It does not suit us to ignore the problems experienced here and to ignore the cries of our oppressed and aggrieved Muslim brothers whom their cries rise to the throne in the face of oppression! Our priority should always be our Muslim brothers, and re-establishing the Islamic Union should be the primary goal of this priority,” he said.

THE BASIS OF THE PROBLEMS IS THE INCOMPETENCE ISLAMIC COUNTRIES ARE IN

“What are we doing as Muslims?” Karamollaoğlu asks, “Global sovereign powers are doing what they know, so to speak, they are killing Muslims and the oppressed! They put their plans into practice step by step. Well, while these atrocities were committed; what are we doing? This is what really needs to be asked and questioned. This is the question that will shake us and bring us to ourselves! Are we polarizing or embracing? Are we refusing each other? We see, each other as a competitor? What I really mean is: The basis of the problem we live in today is not the power of racist imperialism, but the internal conflicts and weakness of Islamic countries. However, the richest resources and mines in the world are in the Islamic geography. The richest oil deposits in the world are in the Islamic geography. The youngest and most dynamic population of the world is also in the Islamic geography. If Muslims combine and evaluate the opportunities that Allah Almighty has given them; They create tremendous power. It gives direction to humanity; They can build a 'New World' based on justice and peace," he added.

“ISLAMIC UNITY IS NOT A DREAM”

Listing what they want to be in a New World, Karamollaoğlu said: "Let there be peace, not war. Let there be dialogue, not conflict. It's not a double standard, it's justice. Equality, not superiority. Let there be fair sharing, not exploitation. Establish democracy and human rights in the real sense, not oppression and persecution. The first condition for this is; Islamic countries are in unity, solidarity and cooperation. Rather than drowning in the darkness of our conflicts, it is to increase our power by highlighting our alliances. Activating the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (IIT) and the D-8s is to further increase new cooperation grounds. Because I believe that it is not possible to establish a fair world without establishing the Islamic Union! It is not possible to bring peace to humanity without ensuring the unity and solidarity of Muslims. By Allah's leave, the Islamic Union will definitely be established. They say to us, 'Sir, establishing the Islamic Union is just a dream.' We say, 'If you don't have a dream, you can't have a goal, if you don't have a goal, you don't have a future.' Those who see the unification of oppressed nations as a dream they will never be freed from the bondage of imperialism!” he said.
