Ruto, in his speech at the "African Climate Change Conference" held at the Pan-African Parliament in Midrand, South Africa, evaluated the internal conflicts in Sudan.

Ruto stated that the generals who were fighting in Sudan bombed everything, including the hospital, road, bridge and airport, with military equipment purchased with African money.

"We have to tell the generals to stop this nonsense," Ruto said.

Ruto underlined that military capacity should be used against terrorists and criminals, not to fight children and women or destroy infrastructure.

DAGALU IS READY FOR A TRUCE

On the other hand, Yousuf Izzet, advisor to Mohammed Hamdan Dagalu, the commander of the Rapid Support Forces (HDK), which has been in conflict with the army in Sudan since mid-April, said, "(Dagalu) Hmidti ready for ceasefire in Sudan."

Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan also urged the conflicting parties in Sudan to "establish a serious dialogue".
