Republican People’s Party (CHP) and Nationalistic Movement Party (MHP) held their weekly group meetings in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM). CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu came to power over the economy at the group meeting of his party. MHP Chairman Devlet Bahceli made harsh criticisms of the opposition parties.
“CHANGE THE ELECTION LAW DAY AND NIGHT IF YOU WISH!”
Kılıçdaroğlu, regarding the Election Law prepared by the Justice and Development Party (AKP) and the MHP, said, “One of the AKP and MHP deputies made a statement to change the Election Law. They know very well where they are going. Their aim is not to change the Election Law and reflect the will of the nation to the Parliament. Their purpose is to protect their seats. Brother, don't you know the voice of the nation? The people have made their decision, they will send you off. If you want to change the Election Law morning, noon and evening, we will send you off. We say that the election threshold should be 3 percent, why are you afraid? They made the threshold 7 percent for the MHP. There is no politics for the seat. No power can condemn you to that seat. none Don't worry, we'll send you off from there."
KILIÇDAROĞLU ASKED AGAIN ABOUT THE POLITICIAN WHO TAKES 10,000 DOLLARS
Reminding that corruption and bribery have become commonplace, Kılıçdaroğlu reminded the allegation of Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu that "a politician received 10,000 dollars a month from the leader of a criminal organization" and by saying, "I want to call out to my brothers who insist on voting for the AKP and MHP. The interior minister of a country says there is a politician who took a bribe of 10,000 dollars, why 83 million do not know this? Who took it under protection?” he asked.
Responding to the criticism made by MHP leader Bahçeli about his party's visit to Diyarbakır, "I will go to any point in Turkey, I will go with my forehead open. I will go for my country, my flag, but you cannot go,” Kılıçdaroğlu said.
BAHÇELİ ABOUT ADMINISTRATION OF TURKISH MEDICAL ASSOCIATON: "LET THEM GO, DO NOT LET THEM RETURN"
MHP Chairman Devlet Bahceli harshly criticized CHP leader Kılıçdaroğlu's visit to Diyarbakır. Bahçeli, who also targeted the management of the Turkish Medical Association (TTB), said, "If we look at the TTB, Turkey has already flagged bankruptcy in healthcare. If anyone has to go, it's a handful of anti-Turkish people who are tied to the TTB administration. Whether they go or not, there is no return. Anyone who goes except these, it is up to them."
Against the calls by some circles that sanctions should be imposed on Russia, “Turkey's geopolitical position requires it to follow a balanced foreign policy. Acting emotionally can have very dangerous consequences,” Bahçeli added.
