The Memur-Sen Confederation demanded the implementation of 3600 additional indicators for all public officials who came to the 1st degree in the Omnibus Law, which came to the agenda of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM).
In the statement made by "Memur-Sen", it was emphasized that the wounds of the earthquake disaster should be healed with the said law proposal.
“WE WILL FOLLOW THE SUBJECT”
In the statement, which stated that the Omnibus Law proposal should create excitement among public officials, the following statements were used:
"The issue that should be given priority in the Omnibus Law should be the implementation of 3600 additional indicators for all public officials who have reached the 1st degree. On the other hand, the issue of giving Eid bonuses to our public servants, which we usually bring to the table both in collective agreements and in the stages of Public Personnel Advisory Boards, is one of the main issues to be addressed in the Omnibus Law. The Eid bonus application to be brought in this process will be a comfort for our public officials. We will follow the issue in the Assembly process in order to turn the expectations of our public officials into gains."
