President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has issued a "savings measures" circular on saving the expenditures of public institutions and organizations, reducing bureaucratic procedures and using public resources effectively, economically and efficiently. In the Presidential Circular published in the Official Gazette, it was emphasized that the use of public resources in accordance with the principles of maximum savings in accordance with their purpose is a duty and an obligation for every public institution and official, and the list of waste that has been made up to now but which is not desired to be done anymore, drew attention.
