Martyrs' Night, organized by the Anatolian Youth Association in Turkey's 81 provinces, was also held in Adana.
In the program organized by AGD Adana Branch, the martyrs of February were commemorated with kindness.
In addition to AGD Adana Branch President Enes Beyaz, the theologian-writer Abdülaziz Kıransal and many Adana residents attended the program as speakers.
The program started with the Quran read by Hacı Tanç. Then, the divine vocalists of Adana Group Kervan, who participated in the program, sang songs and marches related to martyrdom.
“Each one of them was like oil lamps illuminating our path”
Enes Beyaz, Head of the Anatolian Youth Association Branch, made a greeting speech at the Martyrs' Night.
"In February, we bid farewell to the great men of the Islamic cause, each one of them like lamps illuminating our path. 'If Islam is not politics, social life and economy, I don't know what is.' said Hasan al-Banna, 'No one can give you freedom, justice, freedom or anything else, if you are a man, you will get it' Malcolm X said how we should look at the world and events. and remembers that the duty of a Muslim is to show the whole world that a new world order based on truth, justice and tawhid can be established," he said.
The theologian-writer Abdülaziz Kıransal, who attended the evening as a speaker, made a speech on the concept of martyrdom and the importance of martyrdom.
"Unfortunately, we are afflicted with a disease of secularization and delusion, we have become chasing after goods, positions, positions and worldly possessions. When we compare ourselves with the lives of martyrs, where are they and where are we? Martyrdom is not something that can be written from the pulpit. We may desire martyrdom, but it is not possible unless we live like a martyr. Martyrdom is a way of life that surrounds a person's life day and night, and it is one of the greatest blessings that Allah can give to a servant," he said.
