Saadet Party Deputy Chairman Prof. Dr. Sabri Tekir stated that the government did not even show the sensitivity shown by housewives towards the massacres carried out by Israel in Gaza.

Tekir pointed out that materials to be used in weapons production are transported from Turkish ports to Israel every day.

Tekir emphasized that although there are many things to be done to stop the massacres committed by Israel in Gaza, the government has not taken any concrete steps so far.

"How does merely condemning those who murder dozens of babies and children every day soothe your conscience? We really cannot understand this! While there are dozens of things you can do; How can you be satisfied with just publishing dry, insipid declarations; honestly give up!" Tekir said.

The Saadet-Gelecek Group meeting was held in the Turkish Grand National Assembly yesterday. Deputy Chairman of the Saadet Party, Sabri Tekir, harshly criticized the current Constitutional debates in his speech at the Turkish Grand National Assembly Group meeting.

"The fact that even such a simple issue cannot be resolved is an example of how great incompetence we are faced with. We say it clearly here; The nation's problem is our problem. Whatever is the agenda of our people; That's our agenda! Those who think they can distract our nation once again with stale scenarios and token discussions between institutions are mistaken! Because now there is Saadet-Gelecek Group under this roof! We saw these discussions a lot before 2010, and as a result, many changes were made by referendum. Then, we witnessed similar discussions and crises over the years. There are dozens of examples where what they brought as a solution yesterday became the problem itself today. Because the problem is not with the laws, but with those who do not obey the laws! Because the solution is not possible by changing the Constitution, but by changing the understanding and mentality!" Tekir added.

“NO SINGLE RESULT HAS COME FROM RIYADH THAT WILL MAKE GAZA CHILDREN SMILE!”

Tekir emphasized that at the meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation held in Riyadh, there was not a single result that would make the children of Gaza smile.

"Is there a single result that would make the children of Gaza smile from Riyadh, where you went with dozens of planes, hundreds of vehicles and thousands of people?" Tekir asked.

“HAMAS, THE BACKBONE OF THE RESISTANCE IN GAZA, WAS IGNORED!”

Tekir stated that HAMAS, the backbone of the resistance in Gaza, was ignored at the meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

"How can you ignore HAMAS, the backbone of the resistance? How can so many leaders come together, only condemn, only issue a declaration, and then disperse?" Tekir asked.

“MATERIALS TO BE USED IN WEAPONS ARE TRANSPORTED FROM TÜRKİYE'S PORTS TO ISRAEL EVERY DAY!”

Tekir noted that daily shipments from Türkiye's ports to Israel by ships reveal the contradiction the government is experiencing regarding Gaza, and stated that these shipments include fuel and foodstuffs, including materials to be used in weapon production such as gunpowder and steel.

“ANKARA'S SECURITY PASSES THROUGH GAZA!”

Underlining that Ankara's security passes through Gaza, Tekir said the following in his speech:

"I really have a hard time understanding how we can remain so insensitive while we are surrounded step by step within the scope of the Great Israeli Plan. How does merely condemning those who murder dozens of babies and children every day soothe your conscience? We really cannot understand this!"
