Everything has quality either poor or high quality. Quality worker, poor quality worker ... Quality in Turkish means skills ... Skilled doctor, unskilled doctor ... Skilled human, unskilled human ... There are skilled and unskilled politicians. I am not saying that all the politicians are unskilled but It is clear that we have unskilled politicians. How happy for those who are skilled and high level politicians.

DEMOCRACY
