The Social Security Institution held its 5th Ordinary General Assembly meeting in Ankara. Family, Labor and Social Services Minister Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk, Memur-Sen President Ali Yalçın and representatives from other non-governmental organizations attended the General Assembly. Speaking at the SGK General Assembly, Memur-Sen Chairman Ali Yalçın has called for the Ministry and SGK regarding 3600 additional indicative arrangements.
Yalçın stated that, as public officials, there are items related to SGK on both the income side and the expense side in the payroll, we pay premiums to the institution while serving. The institution pays us a salary when we retire. We also have the status of associate, which enables the existence of the situation, and our income supplier which ensures the survival of the institution. Accordingly, we will have the proposals, demands and expectations that we expect the company to speak, support and contribute to, directly or indirectly, and will continue to be.
WE EXPECT THEM TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY
Stating that the Minister and the President of the SGK should take responsibility for the additional indications, Yalçın, "It should happen. We as Memur-Sen, 3600 additional indicator arrangement, cost calculation, not the principle of justice should be considered. We propose and demand the deficiency of the promised sentence in the plane of execution. We would like the Minister to address the issue for public officials, including those working at his/her ministry, and to update and correct the additional dashboard to cover all public officials." he added.
