Memur-Sen Confederation, who presented its proposals and demands to the government wing in previous meetings and commission studies, is waiting for proposals from the government regarding additional indicator studies.

Ali Yalçın, Chairman of the Memur-Sen Confederation, called on the government to "submit your proposal" regarding the 3600 additional indicators that millions of public servants are waiting for. Speaking at the "Organization Meeting" where confederations organized in Erzincan, Yalçın noted that they are waiting for the government's proposal in the additional indicator meetings, which will be held for the third time on May 10.

YALÇIN: “WE HAVE SUBMITTED OUR REQUESTS, NOW WE WANT TO HEAR THE OFFER”

Stating that they conveyed their demands to the government as Memur-Sen Confederation in the first two meetings held, Yalçın said, “Now we are waiting for the proposal. The government side should use this study as a historical opportunity to include public servants who do not have additional indicators within the scope of the indicator, and to take steps to touch the pension and bonus, which is the main objective of public servants in the regulation of additional indicators.”

YALÇIN: “WE WANT A FAIR REGULATION”

Stating that they demanded a fair arrangement that would ensure everyone's satisfaction in the 3600 additional indicator regulation, Yalçın added: "A regulation that will satisfy everyone is possible with a fair approach that can be made through the additional indicator and compensation reflection rates."
