While 3 companies competed with each other to rent the hotel in the tender, Şahinder company won the tender with an annual 8,500,000 TL. While the contract was signed with Şahinder company, which won the tender, on December 28, the 1-year rental fee was also received in advance.

While the rental income that the association will obtain from the hotel in 2022 has increased by 841 percent compared to the previous year, the tender also revealed how an unfair advantage was obtained from the hotel operated by İçenli's friend for 3 years.
