Citizens in Kuzeykent 474 Etap, built by TOKI in Ankara, are troubled.
The houses, which will be delivered within 6 months at the latest in January, were delivered only in the last days of August.
The houses were delivered but the problems did not end. Neither water nor electricity nor natural gas works in the houses.
Renovations of homes in the homes of citizens still receiving renovations are ongoing.
Unending buildings in the heart of Ankara was delivered to citizens. Most of the houses of Ankara Kuzeykent 476 Stage built by the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization were not given to the beneficiaries.

NO ELECTRICITY, WATER, NATURAL GAS
In the contract signed by the beneficiaries on 28 January 2019, the buildings will be delivered within 6 months at the latest. But the house was delivered to the citizen on 29 August. Some apartments were delivered to rights holders but many problems came along. There is neither electricity nor water nor natural gas in the homes of the citizens receiving the house. Citizens who delivered their homes late, could not fully settle for the renovation of their homes still continues. While the apartments are delivered late, the buildings are still under renovation.
COMPLAINTS ARE NOT BEING CONSIDERED
Stating that they expressed their complaints to the management of the building, residents complain that they cannot find an addressee. Citizens who have spent years trying to become a homeowner are also dealing with these problems. While the elevators do not work in the apartments, the contractor company is putting the blame in the Chamber of Engineers. He says that the elevators have not been opened yet. The residents of the building, who say that they constantly transmit their complaints to the apartment management, state that these complaints are not taken into consideration.
