Regarding the headscarf ban, which our newspaper pointed to with the headline "It can be completely dissolved with a single article", CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, partner of six opposition party alliance, said about the headscarf, "We will legally secure this right."

After Kılıçdaroğlu's statement, the government announced that important statements would come today.

Milli Gazete once again demonstrated its responsible publishing approach that produces solutions to the problems of the nation.

The main opposition party CHP took action after the headscarf ban, which was pointed out by the headline of the Milli Gazete with the headline "It can be completely resolved with a single article"!

When the headscarf ban came to the fore again when the Kayseri 2nd Main Maintenance Factory Manager Colonel İlhan Coşkun, with an internal order, imposed a headscarf and beard ban on the personnel and their families in the factory, Milli Gazete showed the solution based on the opinions of the lawyers.

After the headline of our newspaper that pointed to the article of the constitution, CHP, which awaited the opening of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, took the first step.

In a statement made by Kılıçdaroğlu on social media, the ruling party signaled that it would take a new step with a statement about the headscarf, "We will legally secure this right".

“DESPITE THE GOVERNMENT HAS THE POWER, IT HAS NOT ACTIONED SO TIME”

Although the headscarf ban in the public sector was lifted in 2013 and in the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) in 2017, it was not possible to re-impose the ban, since it was not placed on a legal basis.

Although the AKP government, which has been in power for 20 years and has de facto lifted the ban for about 10 years, has enough power, it has only connected the ban to a regulation instead of a legal basis, which has caused concerns about the ban being reinstated.

MİLLİ GAZETE WROTE THAT IT WILL BE SOLVED WITH AN ARTICLE

Since the freedom of headscarf is only dependent on a regulation rather than a legal ground, Kayseri 2nd Main Maintenance Factory Manager Colonel İlhan Coşkun had recently issued an internal order to ban the headscarf and beard for the personnel and their families at the factory.

Milli Gazete, on the other hand, under the headline "There is talk of the new headscarf ban... It can be completely resolved with a single article", pointing out that the regulation can be resolved with only one article.

AFTER KILIÇDAROĞLU, THE GOVERNMENT TAKES ACTION

Not even two weeks after the headline of our newspaper, CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, partner of six opposition party alliance, announced on social media that he would make a proposal to the Parliament to put the freedom of headscarf on a legal basis.

After Kılıçdaroğlu's statement, AKP Spokesperson Ömer Çelik invited everyone to the screen on Wednesday (today).

"The statements of our President will be a very strong signature in the history of our struggle for rights and freedoms," he said that a new step will be taken.
