STEP TAKEN FOR WORKING HOURS
The staff, whose wages were calculated over 35 hours of work per week and therefore could earn more than the minimum wage in only 2 months of the 12 months of the year, had to earn a living with wages below the minimum wage in 10 months of the year.
After our newspaper expressed this issue, a step was taken towards working hours to solve the grievances experienced.
THEY WILL PAID SALARY OVER THE MINIMUM WAGE
The President's decision, which changed the working hours, was published in the Official Gazette the day before.
With the amendment made under the heading of “Principles Regarding the Principles Regarding the Ministry of Family and Social Policies Course and Additional Course Hours”, the working hour was increased from 35 hours per week to 39 hours.
Thus, 5 thousand personnel working for additional lessons will reach wages above the minimum wage.
