In our news, it was also mentioned that Aykut, who was born in Bergama in 1950, who was entitled to become a Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC) citizen with the decision of the Council of Ministers in May 2013, was revoked from the citizenship of the Republic of Turkey (TC). Simon Mistriel Aykut, who played an important role in the occupation of the Cyprus by the Zionists, removed from the TC citizenship in 1977, when Millî Görüş was in power.
Milli Gazete, which has been fighting hard to prevent Zionism from dominating the Cyprus lands, disclosed two more names who played a critical role in the occupation process of the KKTC in its headline news on Monday. Our newspaper, which states that one of these two names, Simon Mistriel Aykut, is a name revoked from the citizenship of the Republic of Turkey, announced that the person in question has already taken part in the occupation of the Cyprus. The founder of Afik Group, Simon Mistriel Aykut, removed from the T.C. citizenship in 1977, when Millî Görüş was in power.
MUST HAVE COMMITTED CRIME
Founder of Afik Group Simon Mistriel Aykut has an interesting story. Aykut, born in Bergama in 1950, who was entitled to become a KKTC citizen with the decision of the Council of Ministers on May 7, 2013, is among the names who were revoked of his citizenship of the Republic of Turkey. While it is not known why Simon Mistriel Aykut was revoked of his T.C. citizenship, in order for a person to be legally removed from citizenship, the person in question must have legally committed a crime.
SIMON AYKUT, WHY WAS HE REVOKED FROM T.C. CITIZENSHIP?
In the Official Gazette dated September 23, 1977 and numbered 16,063 two lists were published with the names "Permission to renounce Turkish citizenship" and "Loss of Turkish citizenship". Simon Aykut, who was born in 1950, is one of the names on the list of “losing Turkish citizenship” in the said copy. When removing citizenship due to the fact that a crime is legally proven, the following are among the possible crimes:
• Those who do any service that do not comply with interests of Turkey, for the interests of a foreign state, although they are notified by the foreign representatives abroad and by the local administrative authorities to leave this duty and do not leave this duty voluntarily within a suitable period of not less than three months.
• Those who continue to work voluntarily without the permission of the Council of Ministers in all kinds of services of a state at war with Turkey.
• Those who voluntarily serve in a foreign government for military service without obtaining permission.
MİLLİ GÖRÜŞ SIGNATURE ON THE EXPULSION OF THE ZIONIST
Simon Aykut, who has already played a critical role in the occupation of the KKTC lands by the Zionists, has been revoked from the Republic of Turkey citizenship since September 23, 1977.
