Saadet Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu, IGMG Chairman Kemal Ergün, Saadet Party Istanbul MPs Bülent Kaya and Mustafa Kaya, Milli Gazete Concession Holder and General Manager Ömer Yüksel Özek, Milli Gazete Editor-in-Chief Mustafa Kurdaş, Saadet Party Istanbul Provincial President Ömer Faruk Yazıcı, AGD Chairman Salih Turhan, AGD Istanbul Branch Chairman Mehmet Yaroğlu, IGMG Chairman Advisor Muhammet Turhan, AKP Deputy Chairman Numan Kurtulmuş and Esenler Mayor Tevfik Göksu, as well as the family and relatives of the deceased attended the funeral prayer at the Eyüp Sultan Mosque at noon.
“HE WAS ALWAYS WITH ERBAKAN HODJA”
The Chairman of Saadet Party, Temel Karamollaoğlu, who attended the funeral, stated that the late Hasan Damar was a person of cause.
"Hasan Damar, one of the founders of Avrupa Milli Görüş Movement, provided great services. He was with Erbakan Hodja throughout his life. We are deeply saddened by the death of our brother Hasan Damar. He is our litigant. Rest in peace. My condolences and patience to his family and our Milli Gorus community," Karamollaoğlu said.
“HE WAS A BRAVE MUSLIM”
Speaking at the funeral of the deceased at the funeral, IGMG Chairman Kemal Ergün stated that Hasan Damar was a valiant person of cause.
"He was a brave Muslim. He was a person who was sincere in his life. He never cared about world interests, authorities and positions in the world. His cause was Allah, his cause was the Qur'an, and Prophet Muhammad {PBUH}," Ergün said.
