Trillion projects and investments do not appear in the system! When examining the 2017 accounts of the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, the TCA came across more than one finding! The Court of Accounts found that the accounts and the entries and exits found errors in the examinations, and that the trillion projects and investments with the old money were not entered into the accounts or entered wrongly!

The TCA met more than one finding in the 2017 accounts of the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications. While trillions of projects and investments of the Ministry were not recorded, the ministry replied that the transactions were continued. However, whether or not the transactions were completed were not included in the TCA's 2017 report, and whether the findings were corrected will be clarified in the TCA's 2018 reports!

The report found that the Ministry of Transportation's computer software, plans, projects and licenses acquired for use in public administration activities were not monitored in the ve Rights ı account and recorded directly as kullanıl expense esi. Due to incorrect calculation, the ministry's 92 expense 31 million 924 thousand 107 TL was added. While the Ministry stated that the units were warned to correct the related accounting records, no adjustments were made for the year 2017, so the Rights account and Depreciation (fixed asset) account in the financial statements of 2017 was incomplete in the records of 31 million 924 thousand 107 TL.

Another finding that was highlighted in the report is that three roadside inspection stations worth 9 million 516 thousand 408 TL have been transferred to the ministry by the Directorate of Revolving Funds. Samsun-Kavak Highway Hacı Ömer Mevkii Roadside Inspection Station, Ankara-İstanbul Motorway Akıncılar Tolls Roadside Control Station and Istanbul Omerli Roadside Inspection Station were transferred to the Ministry by the Revolving Fund Directorate free of charge, and the records of the stations were not recorded. Due to the fact that the documents required by the ministry were not delivered on time, the ministry's millions of liras of projects, inventories and investments remained unregistered due to the lack of timely delivery of the documents required by the ministry. However, in every 6 findings, the ministry stated that the mistakes would be corrected with similar answers and The ministry threw the ball into 2018!

On the other hand, a similar situation was observed in the rail system connection of Sabiha Gökçen Airport, which was tendered by the Ministry. It was understood that there was no accounting record for the Sabiha Gökçen Airport rail system connection project, which was commissioned by the Ministry in a free form. As the project value of 1 million 62 thousand 274 TL rail system connection is not included in the financial statements, the ministry stated that the directive was issued, but it was not included in the TCA's 2017 reports since the transaction was not carried out in 2017. It is estimated that the same error will continue in the next year's reports.
