At the crossing of the Bolu Mountain of the Anatolian Highway, there is a lot of intensity due to the drivers who set out for the Eid-al-Adha holiday.
Drivers, who leave from Istanbul and the surrounding provinces to spend the holiday in their hometowns or holiday resorts, continue to pass through the region.
Transportation comes to a standstill from time to time due to the density of the Bolu Mountain Tunnel of the Anatolian Highway, viaducts and Çaydurt, Köroğlu ramps, Yeniçağa and Gerede toll booths.
It is seen that the density of vehicles has increased at the entrances of recreational facilities and toll booths from the highway.
There is also a high density in the city center of Bolu and the toll booths of Bolu West, Bolu East, Yeniçağa and Gerede on the D-100 highway.
There are few vehicle crossings in the direction of Istanbul on the Anatolian Highway and the D-100 highway.
On the Duzce section of the highway, there is a heavy traffic from the early hours at the crossing of Gümüşova, Gölyaka, Beyköy, Kaynaşlı and Bolu Mountain.
