According to the calendar, the increase rates of civil servants and civil servants are expected to be announced on 31 August.
While the board, which consists of 11 members, takes decisions by majority of the votes, there is no objection to the board's decision.
The negotiation process, which started on August 1, in the 7th Term Public Collective Agreement negotiations, which concerns millions of civil servants and retired civil servants, has come to an end.
All eyes will now be on the decision of the Public Servants Arbitration Board.
The Board will make its decision on the hike rates until Thursday, August 31, at the latest.
AGREEMENT FAILED
In its last proposal, the government offered a 25 percent increase in total for 2024 and a total of 11 percent increase for 2025.
However, Memur-Sen, who wanted a total raise of 70 percent for 2024 and 40 percent for 2025, did not accept this offer.
After the negotiations, the Public Employer Committee and the Memur-Sen could not agree on the raise rate, which concerns civil servants and civil servant retirees in general, and an agreement was reached between the Public Employer Committee and authorized unions in 11 service branches.
