What a contradiction.

Again, we learned from the Western press that we are the garbage dump of Europe.

The public is always the last to know about it, the media's indifference also caused this.

The ignorance of the public lasted for three years.

We learned from the garbage dumped on the land in Adana.

Of course, they dumped this filthy garbage not only in Adana, but also in many corners of our heavenly homeland.

Imported garbage brought from Italy was thrown in the garden of a house in Izmir Kemalpasa.

They made up a giant lie and called this dirty business "plastic imports".

However, they threw it into nature and people as poison, without making "recycling of plastic".

It turns out that China, which accepts Europe's garbage, said that this is it, and stopped buying garbage in 2018.

Since the address is always our country in all dirty works, Europe; found a safe harbor for his garbage.

Waste imports, which averaged 4 thousand tons per month in 2016, reached 583 thousand tons in 2019.

Some companies make money from this business.

Our country, which cannot recycle its own garbage, takes the garbage because it earns a little money from this work.

How many times have I written about this garbage business?

It also hinders waste collection activities in the domestic market.

Our scrap collectors, together with their families, thousands of people sort our own garbage, give it to the necessary places and support their children.

Those aggrieved people lost their jobs and livelihoods.

It is very sad that Turkey, which can only recycle 1 percent of its own plastic waste, aspires to the garbage of the hand.

It pollutes our air, water and soil.

It creates visual ugliness.

Our country is despised, despised and humiliated.

This is the summary of the work of throwing man's garbage in our hands with a little money and throwing it in our clean country.

My country, which cannot recycle its own garbage, should not need this garbage.

It has been announced that plastic packaging wastes will not be allowed to enter Turkey within the scope of the regulations made by the Ministries of Environment and Urbanization and Trade, and that their entry will be completely stopped.

June 5th is celebrated as "World Environment Day" every year.

But the celebrations are limited to speeches.

With the change in the communiqué published in the Official Gazette on May 18, 2021, the import of these garbage is prohibited.

The ban will begin as of July 2.

Some vigilantes will probably continue to take garbage illegally this time.

However, with this step, Turkey's plastic scrap and waste may be recycled.

Those who collect this domestic waste and live with it take a breather.

It contributes to the prevention of environmental pollution.

More importantly, our country of paradise will get rid of humiliation with the garbage of the West.
