With the EYT regulation, those who started working before September 8, 1999 and those who completed the premium day will be able to retire. While the regulation is expected to be passed by the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM), victims who cannot work due to their advanced age and have not completed 3600 premium days are calling for a right to borrow money within the scope of the regulation.

RIGHT TO DEBT WITH A REGULATION IN THE SCOPE OF EYT

After a long time, the government started to work on EYT, and it is expected to come to the Turkish Grand National Assembly in the near future. While approximately 2 million people are expected to retire related to the process, new grievances have started to come to the fore. Those who entered before 1999, but whose premium day is within the limit of 3600 and who cannot work due to their advanced age, demand that their retirement be cleared with a regulation within the scope of EYT.

BORROWING TO BE RETIRED

While the victims suffered due to missing premiums or unpaid premiums in the past, with the effect of their advanced age, they cannot work in a job. While victims in this situation cannot retire, they demand that a regulation to be made within the scope of EYT pave the way for their retirement so that at least 3600 premium days can be achieved.
