Our country has been facing economic crises as a result of recurring currency crises for a long time, economic policies aimed at saving the day, and an economic model that is not based on production.

The disappearance of merit and justice in the state causes the perception of insolvency in the face of inadequacy in solving problems, implementation of wrong policies and the picture of incompetence seen by the public. The spread of the perception of a deadlock in the society may cause that society to become suitable for all kinds of social engineering studies, people to turn to illegitimate ways instead of legitimate ways, to reveal internal turmoil in the society, and may have devastating effects. One of the most important reasons for the spreading wave of hopelessness is that those in the state administration present an image that is disconnected from the society and the problems of the society. Plato and Farabi likened the state to a human being. According to these thinkers, the state should coordinate the society in the same way that the human brain coordinates all the organs in the body. When there is a problem in any part of the body, just as the brain perceives it, the state administration should perceive and feel the problems experienced in the society and be a partner in the fate of the society until a solution is found.

An example of this is that Omar (r.a.) ate only enough food to not die during a famine crisis in Medina until the people got rid of the famine and shared with the people what they went through. Eflatun and Farabi stated that the state mechanism without this understanding would not be able to function properly and societies would not be able to get rid of the troubles. For this reason, while the society is faced with deep economic problems, denying the existence of economic problems, giving the appearance of a life of luxury, splendor and debauchery by the state levels while the society is experiencing increasingly higher levels of economic difficulties, damages the trust of the society in the state, and at the same time makes it impossible to solve the problems. it reveals.

It should be stated that one of the biggest problems in the process we live in as a society today is the moral crisis experienced in the social sense. Our society is gradually turning into an opportunistic structure that does not think about anyone but itself and does not accept any criteria for winning as the norm. An example of this is the exorbitant increases in food prices, especially in a Muslim country, with the arrival of the month of Ramadan.

At this point, one of the basic principles regarding the state-society relationship that has been valid for centuries comes to mind. According to Ibn Khaldun, the great Islamic thinker, society takes state administrators as an example in both good and bad deeds.

The main motive that determines the behavior of the majority of the society is the attitudes and behaviors of the state administrators. As we have stated above, the emergence of justice and merit problems at the state levels, and the increase of moral and ethical weaknesses are reflected in the society in the same way.

Therefore, instead of complaining about the opportunism of markets, wholesalers and tradesmen, it would be a much better start for state administrators to subject themselves to accounting. It would be a dream to expect the right attitudes and behaviors from the society in an environment where a party's dinner meeting is held in a place of the state, with state facilities.

Here, our teachers, who tell us that when Omar's (r.a.) visitor comes, extinguishes the candle belonging to the state and lights the candle belonging to him, a great task falls to our teachers. Because the solution to how the dissolutions in the society will be corrected is clear.

Our Prophet Mohammad (peace bu upon him) said in a hadith, "There are two classes from my ummah, if they attain righteousness, people will attain righteousness as well."

The medicine is here. The ulema must do their part in opposing the wrong and recommending the right, and the state administration should be improved with the influence and right guidance of the ulama.
