The greatest power of today's politics is the existence of elections. In order for the governed to use this power accurately, the medium must be created that will freely implement their will. Our country is in a lucky position among the people living in this geography. Because good or bad, more or less people's preferences are reflected in the management. Depending on the political, historical, cultural and sociological backgrounds of the countries, how the selection will be made may differ. However, the control of the chosen one occupies the central position in today's management style.

One pillar of the inspection is the legislative oversight of the executive and the other pillar is the judiciary. These two audits fulfill their duties as a reflection of the sovereignty of the nation and the rule of law. With these direct inspections, the power of the state is spread over a wide area. The fair, impartial and independent execution of these two audits will ensure the healthy functioning of the state apparatus.

Apart from these inspections, there is an inspection of the opposition against the actions of the government. Here, it is important that it does its duty in the form of blocking, encouraging, directing, guiding and recommending rather than being an objection authority that falls to the opposition. When he remains in the position of pure objection, he neglects his duty to convey the demands of the people to the administrators. Because managers may not be willing to meet some demands, they may be deaf to these demands. However, as the opposition keeps these demands on the agenda, it is inevitable that these demands will be met by the government. Thus, the government is subject to a scrutiny by the opposition both for what it does and what it does not do.

In addition, we can talk about the control of the executive power within itself. The most obvious example of this is the fact that the partners in coalition governments supervise each other. In order for the executive to work effectively, the partners must act by consensus in the decisions, practices and preferences to be taken. Acting in this way provides indirect control of the executive among themselves.

Unfortunately, this control is not possible in systems where the executive is gathered by a single person. It is very difficult for the internal control mechanism to function, especially in systems where the legislature is pacified both in the institutional sense and by the influence of the person holding the executive power on the members of the legislature. At this point, alliances formed against the possibility that the executive cannot achieve a numerical majority come into play. Because the system requires a numerical majority to win the election, and in order to achieve this majority, it is necessary to establish alliances before the election.

Although how successful it will be has not been tested yet, alliances can turn into a control mechanism. The biggest failure of the current system is that decisions can be taken unsupervised from a single source. Legally, it is not possible for alliances to prevent this, but there is a chance to reduce it with alliance protocols and different consultation units. Even if there is a little possibility in the impossible, it is still a positive situation. Therefore, the existence of these possibilities is also important in an environment where control is important. But the ideal is the construction of a system in which the control mechanism can function comfortably.
