Allah informs us in His revelation that He created man in the most beautiful form. There are basic features that distinguish humans from other living things. The first of these is that man is a responsible being. When we look at other living things, their will to life takes place in a predetermined and conditioned way. However, the earth was determined as the area of responsibility for the person who has a will and the ability to reason. The test of a person is related to how much he has this sense of responsibility.

If a person continues to exist as a test taker in this world, his responsibility is towards this world. The purpose of the concepts such as heaven-hell or reward-punishment in the Qur'an is to remind him of his responsibility for his life in this world. When we look at it from this point of view, we can say that people are made responsible in three areas in general. His responsibility towards his Creator is oneness and worship, his responsibility towards humanity and society is morality and justice, and his responsibility towards other living things, nature and the environment is trust and mercy.

Belief in Tawhid is man's greatest responsibility to his creator. Therefore, the first condition of being an Islam is Kalima-i Tawhid. When the belief of tawhid is internalized in an authentic way, it will make significant interventions in people's lives. The belief in tawhid makes it necessary to apply the will of Allah, the only one, to your life. According to what the revelation tells us, what Allah wants from man is that he act on earth with justice, righteousness, goodness and beauty. We can say that worships exist to provide the consistency that will lead people to this desire. Because if we think that Allah does not need the worship of the servant, we can understand that this is for the benefit of man.

We know that it is not possible for people to continue their lives alone. When we consider the necessity of living together, a person has to act in a certain way against other people and the whole society. We can call this measure morality and justice. Man's responsibility to other people and society is evaluated through morality and justice. If we build the foundation of our human relations on this responsibility, there will be no room for favor, nepotism, exploitation, wealth accumulation, entitlement, or oppression in our economic, social and political relations.

Man does not live in a society made up of only human beings. Animals, plants and all other inanimate beings are part of human life. Therefore, human responsibility is not limited to other people. The greatest responsibility of man in this sense is to approach nature through trust. Because we have seen how nature is plundered and destroyed when people establish a relationship with nature through ownership. That's why we should leave nature livable for future generations, just as we find it livable for the present. Because nature does not belong to the people of the time, it is a trust. Man has superiority over other living things. This is not a vertical superiority but a horizontal superiority for man. That's why compassion should be a priority in people's communication with other living things. The existence of zoos and the way pets are perceived are against this compassion. As long as relations with living things are established through their own characteristics, we can maintain the balance of nature. As long as the human being, created by Allah as a notorious creature, takes these responsibilities into the center of life without forgetting, he will have successfully passed his test.
