In our last two articles, we tried to understand what the election results want to tell us, both numerically and sociologically. We have seen that the reflection of different segments of the society, proportionally, is also reflected in the election results. Sociologically, we observed in the election results that the expectations for security and stability are higher.

In this article, it would be useful to look more specifically at what the election results mean for Saadet Party, which represents the Milli Görüş community.

First of all, why an alliance, why this alliance and why an election period without a logo? First of all, we need to find answers to these questions through the pre-election conjuncture.

Discussing these decisions over the election results will not lead us to the right conclusion. Rather than the election results, it would be more accurate to evaluate the impact of these decisions on the future political progress of Saadet Party.

First of all, Saadet Party aspires to govern the country and tries to develop a policy for this without compromising its principles. The current electoral system aims to keep political parties with low votes out of the legislature and executive, by raising the executive threshold to 50% and leaving the legislative threshold to 7%. But it also opens up the chance to get into the House and also to be personally involved in the executive, because of the need for alliance to pass 50%.

Making politics is about either existing in the legislature or trying to be involved in the executive. If you prefer to do politics, you need to be able to enter these two equations with a self-confidence that will not wear down your principles. It was this aim that led the Felicity Party to an alliance before the election.

How can we explain the Saadet Party's preference for the Nation Alliance in this process? As far as we can see, Saadet Party did not prefer the Nation Alliance, it took part in the formation of the alliance.

Since he saw change as essential for the future of this country, he embarked on a quest. There seemed to be two ways here as an alliance. Either he had to build the Nation Alliance with a union that would make it an alternative to the current power, or he had to try a third way out of both alliances.

In order to break the necessity of change and the effect of polarizing politics, what had to be done was to build the Nation Alliance at a reasonable level. Because a third way would contribute to the victory of the current power, and the front of change would be blocked.

At the same time, this situation meant that the sociological bases were separated from each other, which was worrying for the future of this country.

Therefore, it was essential to come up with a reasonable alliance, which has the potential to bring about change and break the effect of polarizing politics, against the current government. For this purpose, he played a leading role in the formation of the Saadet Party Nation Alliance.

It is important to take part in the legislative as much as having a say in the executive in politics. For this purpose, Saadet Party continued its search to throw itself over the dam until the end.

However, there was no reasonable environment to enter the election under his own name. For this reason, the only way to be followed was to send representatives to the Parliament by joining forces with the political parties they acted with.

What do the election results mean for Saadet Party in response to these moves before the election? Since the alliance to which it is involved could not win the presidential election, it undertakes the duty of making the opposition. Thus, since it does not contribute to the People's Alliance coming to power, it will not shoulder the burden of the past and will not be a partner in the mistakes of the future.

In fact, it saves the reputation of its own sociology. Having the opportunity to be represented in the legislature is important in terms of expressing himself. The right use of this chance will show that its past choices were justified. Its constructive opposition stance in the parliament will surely attract the attention of the young audience.

Because there is a consistent opposition to the Saadet Party before and after it. Otherwise, it is unthinkable that the effort to support the current government and then make an opposition in the election process will find a response among the young masses. At the same time, it will make its presence felt as a shelter for the discomfort that may occur in the conservative base. This is already a requirement of Milli Görüş's position and response in politics.

As a result, the Presidential Election may have been lost for Saadet Party, but it is certain that it has a reputation gained by the young masses. Its presence in the parliament shows that it is already the winner of the parliamentary election. This gives the Saadet Party the chance to form a reputable and consistent opposition.
