Muslim Brotherhood expels 12 member

According to the statement made by the Muslim Brotherhood movement in Egypt, it was announced that 12 people were expelled from the General Council, the senior decision-making body of the Brotherhood.

It was learned that Talat Fehmi, who was the spokesperson of the movement, was among the names expelled from the Muslim Brotherhood. 

Sources close to the Muslim Brotherhood stated that the dismissed names had been engaged in some activities independent of the movement for a while, and this situation was among the reasons for their dismissal.
