Balta, who was taken under observation in a private hospital in Istanbul as a result of his brain disorder, continues to be treated unconsciously.

Mustafa Balta, who is a civil engineer, has been working diligently in the Milli Gorus community for many years.

Balta, who resides in Yalova, has undertaken important duties such as provincial chairmanship of the Saadet Party, candidacy for parliamentary candidacy, and mayoral candidacy.
