Agricultural Council announced the final declaration. There are 60 articles in the declaration. The reunion of the Council in 2024 took its place among the targets. I'm not going to go into the details of the substance declaration. However, I must say in the first place that even this gathering after 15 years is enough to show this power's view of agriculture. The whole 15 years have passed as a time period in which we note very important losses in the name of agriculture. It is called profit from where the loss is returned, or at this point after this time, at least with this view should be evaluated. I must regret that I could not expect that the clauses explained in the final declaration would eliminate all mistakes. But I also want to be wrong. However, I believe that the gathering of this council will contribute to the sensitivity of the importance of agriculture which I think is missing in the public opinion. I think this is the most important and full part of the glass.

The biggest damage that the government has ever done to agriculture is the application of a quota to agricultural products to reduce the rate of agricultural workers to 10 percent according to Maastricht criteria after 2004, when accession negotiations with the EU were announced. This decision caused sociology to be turned upside down, evacuated Anatolia, made internal migration chronic and caused a population explosion, especially in Istanbul. Sugar was quotaed but sugar continued to be imported from Brazil and Argentina. Tobacco quota was applied, but goodbye play was accelerated by the import of Virginia tobacco. Our people could not be protected with a strategic product like Hazelnut, and the producers were left at the mercy of global barons in the West. When the Minister of Agriculture said in a TV program that he attended yesterday that his goals were 'to fulfill at the place of your birth', I could not prevent the bitter smile put on my face. Come on, I said try. He said that they would support their return to the village, I hope that I would go through it. However, the realization of all these goals is not to repeat the mistakes made yesterday. It is essential to tolerate criticism. We should not ignore the concerns raised because they are not from us. Because all this was done yesterday and many and cruelly. As a result of these wrong attitudes have come to these days.

On the other hand, although Devil suggests that every explanation made about agriculture be called "Ba’de Harabül Basra" (After Basra is devastated), there is always a way out, should be. Anatolia is the common homeland of this nation for a thousand years. Mesopotamia is the Hil Fertile Crescent. If there is no Anatolia, the world will remain historical. Even writing is not possible. This land is a trust. There is no need for despairing people like searching for treasure at the bottom of bottomless lakes. Anatolia is already a treasure in itself. There is no civilization where there is no human being. Just as agriculture is the national security problem of this country, Anatolia is the center of this security problem. Those who cannot claim Anatolia and make fatal mistakes such as the dehumanization of Anatolia will be pinned down by the plague of yesterday and today. The revival of Anatolia, which the poet describes as an unwritten epic, is primarily based on taking natural measures to prevent internal migration. Anatolia, of course, should develop in all areas. However, the engine power that will provide this is agriculture. Stressing unemployment, restraining imports and standing on their own feet are directly linked to agriculture and are as important as the defense industry. Let's not gamble on Anatolia. Let's look at Anatolia as our eyes and claim it. Let's not be ungrateful to the blessing.
