It is accepted that the system we call democracy is a claim of order from the very beginning, and it is assumed that citizens will live a life with at least basic rights and freedoms in this order. Criteria are set to ensure that everyone is equal before the law. Especially a mechanism called "separation of powers" is thought to be an indispensable part of democratic regimes. Of course, when talking about the separation of powers, the importance of the "balance-control" mechanism and the operation between the forces is expressed. Most of the time, these expectations remain on paper, but there is at least a presumption that everyone should take steps to create these conditions.

On the other hand, if we compare social life and social order to a soccer ball, this ball will naturally move continuously within the framework of its own dynamics and laws of physics. However, this ball will roll according to the desires, wishes and abilities of the people playing the football game, and the ball will determine its direction according to their interventions. This movement will sometimes be perceived as irregular and haphazard. The carrom state is perhaps the most important statement to explain this. As a result, it is clear that environments in which order and chaos are sometimes intertwined will emerge.

This ball, which has a lot of movement area, should be subject to certain rules and should not be left unattended, so to speak. That's why systems are discussed in-game. Tactics are determined in order to dominate the ball. Those who set up the system correctly in order to achieve victory at the end of the game are often successful. Elements such as the separation of powers and balance-control, which are indispensable for the democratic systems we have just mentioned, can be compared to a glass marble as they are more "thin and delicate". In a healthy democracy, this marble should be balanced on the ball. As it is known, it is very difficult for the ball to stay fixed on the ball in this mechanism, it requires precision. In order not to drop the ball, it is necessary to show all kinds of attention, care and care, and most importantly, to show maximum respect to both the ball and the marble. It is expected that any actor, structure or political ideology will not shake the balance of the ball and the marble according to their wishes. The slow progress of the processes in democratic countries, courtesy and taking into account the balances, is always an attitude towards the preservation of this order. So speed may not always bring happiness. As you know, there is a beautiful and vital part in the movie The Dairy Philosopher, where the businessman, who flew from place to place with his private plane within hours, was deprived of the beauties of the places he passed.

In countries that are not very healthy democratically, so to speak, the ball is in the ball. Predictably, now the ball will continue to roll inside the ball no matter who hits it or how it hits it.

Contrary to this perception, in fact, the "Ideal State", which Farabi called al-Medinetü'l-Fazila, would have been destroyed before it was built. In other words, since the marble is in the ball, it is thought that the order will be permanent and protected, but in fact, the marble is now inside the ball, there is no opportunity to go out, it is not possible to breathe, and it experiences constant jolts with severe blows.

In our country, unfortunately, the marble is in the ball. This is not just a problem today. In daily politics, an attempt is made to create a perception as if everything is okay no matter what.

These temporary periods, called "democratic tremors" in the international political science literature, are immediately intervened by the system and they are tried to be returned to their healthy functioning, whether they are economic crises, corruption, decline in education quality or political instability. However, in our country, many events that we say "can't be worse" every day, are getting worse the next day. Since the marble is in the ball, no one continues to hit the ball as much as they want and rudely without paying attention. As long as the ball is not taken out of the ball and kept in balance, tomorrow will be no different. It would be an empty delusion to expect this order based on revenge to bring peace to our people. A healthy society can only emerge with an order built on the minimum commons. A system in which everyone feels safe and aiming to cooperate in competition should be established. In addition, it is imperative that this society be equipped in terms of material and moral values. Morality is the foundation of everything. Where there is no morality, there is no order. It is morality that determines the spirit of systems. If Turkey puts on its morals, it will both solve its own problems and be able to approach things around it with a healthier perspective.
