Humanity is rapidly drifting into a vicious circle. The level of relationship between the individual and society has become disproportionately dominant in favor of the individual. This syndrome, which produces results that can be described as egocentrism, egoism bondage, dissatisfaction, not enjoying life, and unhappiness, is today explained by the state of California in the United States of America, whose name is identified with material wealth.

A person who achieves all kinds of worldly goals financially seeks a way out in the stalemates he has fallen into, in the labyrinths where he is lost in his rooms. This situation has not only affected the upper rich segments such as California today. The problem surrounds everyone who has reached social status in their own way financially. Although there is a longing for gatherings, especially with the epidemic conditions weakening social relations even more, it is not difficult to guess that this will actually close the individual in the long run. The epidemic has actually put salt and pepper on the individualist approaches that have already taken over humanity. It should not be deduced from here that it devalues the individual. The individual is of course important. The problem here is the problems that arise with the aim of satisfying the pleasure-centered material demands of the individual. However, the individual is also a social being. In other words, if a person can be a part of the environment in which he lives, with the society, he can lead his life as a healthy individual. Otherwise, the individual has no opportunity and possibility to be happy.

However, California Syndrome is a type of depression that brings with it "loneliness". If we remember that the Ministry of Loneliness was established in England and Japan today, it will be better understood what threats await humanity. Suicide cases are increasing systematically, especially in the West. As it will be remembered, the fact that the elderly were left to die in nursing homes, especially during the peak of the epidemic in European countries, can be explained by the "selfishness" dimension of this syndrome.

On the other hand, religions are the medicine of such syndromes that people face in the world. However, especially the Christian belief has transformed over time and has come under the influence of the understandings that legitimize the individual's pleasure, pleasure and some perversions. It is no longer a secret that Joseph Ratzinger, a Pope who resigned after 600 years in the Vatican, left his post as a result of these discussions within the church. Today, Christianity is drifting towards a dead end, which preserves its existence in form but cannot direct the society it represents. For the West, which has made it a habit to explain everything with symbols, religion is now reduced to the level of symbols.

Besides, the sad thing is that while Islam offers solutions to the material-spiritual problems of humanity in all its dimensions, Muslims are not enough to deliver these solutions to humanity and fulfill their responsibilities. The Islamic world should investigate the reasons for this very well, carefully examine the reasons and find solutions to it. Otherwise, the plague will be too great to bear.

As a result, getting rid of pathological conditions such as California Syndrome can only be possible by feeding one's soul. The alluring bondage of matter is like no other. A person thinks he is free, but he can become a slave to the food he eats, the clothes he wears, the house he lives in, the vehicle he drives. If the soul is hungry, even the whole world is not enough for one person.
