The definition of East Turkestan is actually used in response to Western Turkestan, which is defined for Central Asian Turkish states. As it is known, this region has always been mentioned together with persecution and assimilation policies. As is generally accepted, the problem in the region, which has been a Muslim since the tenth century, has begun to grow with the Chinese government's unabated pressure after the Cold War. It is true that Western countries are trying to exploit the region with their accounts of interest, but China has laid the groundwork for what they have done and continues to do so. Most of the individual reactions of the people of the region to oppression and persecution are described as terrorist events by China and served to the world public. Under the pretext of these individual reactions, the Chinese government has intensified military security measures, increased pressure further and is still trying to impose on the world the term Türk terrorists of East Turkestan. Actually, he is a wholesaler. As it is known, the peaceful protests involving ordinary claims in Urumqi on July 5, 2009 have suppressed the Chinese police in a bloody manner, and in a sense turned the massacre into a massacre and many people lost their lives. China even tried to portray these events to the world as a separatist terrorist organization in the region and as it was countered.

Although the systematically tried to change the demographic structure of the region in favor of China, the main issue is not only the population but also the traditions, customs, religions and cultures of the Muslim Uighur people. By destroying them, it is aimed to assimilate them faster and to collectively Chineseize the Uighurs. In fact, the biggest damage will be China. Because the countries that act with the understanding of creating a uniform citizen with oppression and persecution, no matter how strong their economies, they cannot maintain their positions for a long time. As such, arbitrary arrests are being carried out today on at least 2 million Uyghur people, together with collective oversight. As the journalists are prevented from entering the region, the Chinese administration claims that these camps are mostly vocational courses for finding solutions to unemployment problems of the people living in the region. Hundreds of writers, artists and academics are detained in these camps according to reports from local or some reliable international sources. The reason given to these arrests is terror. However, on the basis of the problem, the Uighur Turks desire to live their religious and cultural freedoms freely. As far as it is understood, there is no prosecution of those who do not exhibit any religious or cultural behavior. Those who want to worship or speak their own language and fulfill their beliefs are followed closely and arrested. In spite of the pressure on the Uighur people, the 37 Muslim countries (mostly Asia, Middle East and Africa) declare that China is right in such practices and should not interfere with their internal affairs, it means supporting China's insistence on the wrong. It is very sad and thought provoking that our country did not take any initiative regarding the Uighur Turks who were persecuted in China.

As it is known, China is trying to implement the Belt and Road Project to revive the historical Silk Road. With such projects, China aims to become a global economic and political power. However, their implementation in East Turkestan is the biggest obstacle to this. Nothing will remain a secret in history, and China will have to confess this determination itself in the near future if it continues to do so. In addition to these, the Hong Kong protests that have been going on for months have to be well evaluated. To see the shows as a provocation of Western powers, the show is simple. Why should the criminals not want to be extradited to China, and what do we do to those people who don't want us? Because there are problems in the general approach of China.

Finally, it should be noted that even if China at least considers Confucius' ideal government, it has made significant progress in solving the problems. What is the ideal government for Confucius?

"It is a management that works for the good of all people and wins the trust of the people. And it is a common administration with mutual agreement between the ruler and his subjects, not fear."
