The name of the mortgage was foreign to us, but the term was quite exciting. Being able to own a house like paying rent had found itself a ground in society as a model that everyone dreamed of. In America, the problems began to be felt that we were just discussing the system at that time. It didn't take long while we tried to understand the system. In 2008, America faced a major crisis triggered by this system. The US government had found a way out by taking over the debts of the banks, that is, by consolidating the debts. That's what everyone knows. But what were the conditions that caused this crisis? Didn't this crisis ever say I'm coming? In fact, the crisis came screaming. This was due to the systemic problems that existed in the spirit of capitalism beyond the dilemmas that America experienced. British journalist Jacques Peretti, in his book The Secret Agreements that Changed the World, and his meetings with his interlocutors, elaborated the stages of the crisis. In this direction, one of these names, Robert Dall and his interview with what he did in his book. Dall's model was the satış short selling method olan which led to many crises, including the Mortgage Crisis. Robert Dall was known in the 1980s as the one who taught the world that he had to take the risk. Dall also said, "Instead of trading with tangible assets and their values, trade should be done using an element that will be valued in the future. With this logic, Dall flooded gasoline with the endless ambition of capitalism to win. At the same time, Dall went down in history as the man who bir turned capitalism into a kind of gambling and caused the fate of trillions of dollars to be tied to a roll of dice".

So, what was the connection between the Mortgage Crisis and AIDS?

Let's try to quote from the relevant sections of the book. Peter Lombardi, the founder of MBC, a small Florida-based insurance company, read the newspaper in the mid-1980s about the mysterious death of gay men in San Francisco. Things weren't going well either. As a result of his research, he learned that men with AIDS cannot meet their insurance needs. This led to lightning flashes in Lombardi's mind, and he began to propose to AIDS patients that he thought would be attractive. He told them he could get a loan in return for life insurance benefits that they were entitled to when they died. This was an important and serious proposal for patients with AIDS who couldn't get the support they wanted from insurance. As a result, both sides would win. Thus Lombardi formed the ”futures market of death.. The system was named Viatical. However, this system needed something to make a lot of money; “Homosexuals should die as soon as possible”. Because Lombardi was able to lend money to patients. If they died quickly, they could get their compensation sooner. Meanwhile, drug studies to fight AIDS also gained momentum. Lombardi was therefore becoming increasingly difficult. Nevertheless, between 1994 and 2004, he earned 1.2 billion euros thanks to thirty thousand new investors(!). Those who believed in his system were gambling on deaths. In 2003, the US Stock Exchange Commission accused Lombardi of the world's biggest health fraud ve, and Lombardi was sentenced to 25 years in prison. However, his project for AIDS patients was a new hope(!) For credit institutions such as Lehman Brothers, ACC Capital Holdings, Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo, Countrywide Financial, HSBC, Loan Star and JPMorgan Chase. They were impressed by Lombardi's project and began to use the financial gambling method, which combines risky loans. But like Lombardi, they hit the wall with the Mortgage Crisis that broke out in 2008. I couldn't decide how to end this article. I wrote it, I erased it. I wrote it again and deleted it and decided to finish it. For wild capitalism that gambles even death, man is only a commodity. There is only one way before those who refuse. It is that every human being, regardless of his religion, belief, race, sect and legitimacy, fights against this understanding without getting tired of it. There is no other option to protect and save human dignity.
