The uncertainty that had lasted for 5 months in Iraq had entered a new process with President Barham Salih's duty to form the government to Mostafa Kadhimi in April. Kadhimi received approval from parliament on 7 May last week and started to work. In the country, which has a multi-part administration model like Iraq, what Kadhimi will be able to do differently from its predecessors, is what everyone is wondering now. So much so that the Iraqi Constitution has actually registered this fragmented situation. The President must be Kurdish, Parliament Speaker Sunni and the Prime Minister Shia. In Iraq, where a wide variety of religious and ethnic differences were experienced together, the solution was finalized in this way with the intervention of America.

The new Prime Minister, Mostafa Kadhimi, has been widely debated since his name came to the agenda. The most important feature that makes him different from others is that he is the former head of the National Intelligence Service. This old task caused the minds to be compared directly to Putin, who became the head of Russia from the KGB agency. So, do the conditions of Iraq and Russia compare in this context?

In fact, although it is a similarity in shape, there is not much overlapping in terms of content. Because the conditions of Iraq and Russia contain very different features. At first Kadhimi has an obligation to establish a balance between the Us, Iran and Turkey. In addition, the existence of intertwined ethnic and sectarian differences and balance between them showed post-occupation developments, which is not so easy as it is thought.

In addition, as you know, 55 percent of Iraq consists of the Shia population, and even though there are different voices from time to time, Iran's influence in Iraq is too much to be ignored. In addition, Kadhimi's relationship with Iran also includes the issue of November Solomon, which is the biggest problem. Some state institutions in Iran accused Kadhimi of cooperating with America in the murder of Solomon. In the first place, they made very hard explanations and opposed the Kadhimi option. However, when internal and some external circumstances revealed evidence that Kadhimi would be given the task of forming the government, harsh rhetoric in Iran started to partially soften, and some state and intelligence officials negotiated with Kadhimi to intervene in the process. In other words, Iran preferred to give Kazımi a chance in its own way with the controlled tension method. In addition, Kazımi's problematic with the pro-Iranian Hasdi Şabi, and his appointment to the President of the Anti-Terrorism Unit by raising his rank to Abdulvahhab Saidi, who was previously ex-prime minister Adil Abdulmehdi, will remain as a crisis area between Kadhimi and Iran. Despite this, Iran's statement "We welcome the election of Mostafa al-Kadhimi as Prime Minister in Iraq" has lowered the tension for now.

Turkmens, another important social segment of Iraq, are making hard statements against Kazımi. Erşat Turkoman Front leader Saleh, "the politicians in Baghdad, Kazımî'n the government agreed that in the absence of the Turkmen" made statements and Turkey, "the revision of relations with Baghdad," he urged.

On the other hand, Kadhimi had already declared that he was in a sense a transitional government by explaining that he would lead the country to early elections. However, he did not say “I will not be a candidate” in the elections. In other words, Kadhimi's performance will determine his place in the future of Iraq until the elections. With his statements and the multilateral diplomacy he tries to carry out, he tries to give the messages that he wants to be in the future of Iraq.

Turkey's relations with Iraq, which together with the new government and then the subject came up a possible course. Turkey's Iraq in the Kazımiye take a vote of confidence "satisfaction heard" explanation and "wished success" and Turkey is the Kadhimi after the visit of the ambassador, "Iraq will abetting terrorism and there will be no country to the point of attack. We want to develop relations in all fields with Turkey "description may be referred to each other as supportive explanations, but Kadhimi is currently talking to a very large or is there where one knows, we have seen it in the future.

As a result, we can say that Kazımi does not have a passive structure. Whether the intelligence experience will manage difficult balances both inside and outside, we don't know for now. However, an Iraq that has achieved its inner peace, especially the occupation power of the USA and the pressure and pressure of the USA and clears terrorist organizations from its territory, is undoubtedly a great gain for this region.
