Until yesterday, when the discussions about the continental shelf with Greece were mentioned, the Aegean was generally coming to minds. However, especially due to the positions we lost in recent years, Greece came out and became the center of the continental shelf discussions in the Mediterranean via Southern Cyprus. Even when it came to the end of the economic point of view, it entered into foreign policy expansions with its alliances in the Mediterranean. Egypt, Israel, Cyprus, the United States, NATO and EU protection, tried to take steps to become a regional actor. Turkey due to security concerns in the development of these natural options such as S-400 increased, went to the means of evaluation. However, after President Erdoğan's visit to the United States on November 13, question marks began to emerge in the heads about the S-400 issue. I wonder if it will be established or removed from the warehouse has not yet emerged a clear result. The explanations stresses that S-400s will be installed. We hope that these explanations will stand behind. However, we must also state that wolves have fallen within us. Anyway, this is the other bet, let's go back to the Mediterranean. Greece on the way to full speed in this way strengthen the hand, Turkey has signed with Libya, "Agreement on the limitation of maritime jurisdiction" showed itself as an important move. Turkey has taken a strategic step under this agreement. This agreement was approved by the votes of AK Party, CHP, Good Party and MHP deputies. Of course, this deal was confused. Greece's decision to deport the ambassador to Libya was proof of how much the agreement had affected them. Know the deal signed with Turkey before the UN recognized the Libyan National Reconciliation Government. However, General Hafter, who holds Benghazi and its environs, started to visit countries he thought he would get support from, especially Greece, claiming that this agreement was invalid. We'll see if anything comes out of these trips. What's Hafter's objection to? He says the deal did not pass through the Libyan Assembly. In other words, he believes that he will get the support of the outside world. However, he does not want to face the fact that he is one of the main reasons for the failure of Parliament. In the meantime, let's make an interesting note. Not surprising for those who know, but Russia also supports Hafter in Libya. There is no need to mention Saudi Arabia and Egypt. In other words, there is such an intricate alliance on Hafter, including some Western countries. After this agreement, the forces that now stand by Hafter began preparing to attack Tripoli, especially Misrata. Both the Gulf media and sources close to Hafter, this intention is revealed in the news. Turkey must rise to this situation in a diplomatic offensive winded. It should clearly state the reasons for the agreement and what it corresponds to in terms of international law. Otherwise, the Libyan side may lose its resistance to the pressures.

On the other hand, there is another way to get out of this mangle in the Mediterranean Sea; to make an agreement with Syria in the Mediterranean just like in Libya. Because between Turkey and Syria "Sea border" no agreement yet. I do not want to say that Syria and Libya problems and solutions are the same. I mean, if such an agreement exists, our existing cooperation in the Mediterranean Sea may change. Yeah, I know it's hard. But there are few other options. Okay, the confusion in power in terms of which roadmap to solve the Syrian issue in foreign policy is exorbitant. On the one hand, we are with Russia and Iran in the Astana Process. On the other hand, we are looking for solutions in England, Germany and France and Syria as it was in the last NATO Summit meeting. In fact, it is announced that the quadruple summit will be held in Istanbul next February. Nevertheless, we have to ponder the option of a deal with Syria in terms of our own priorities. Meanwhile, the other day someone shared a photo of a four-party summit of leaders from falling to the press and was also a century later, this time in Turkey desk. I'm really amazed. Wouldn't it be more true if he said that he had the misfortune of meeting the vultures who vomited blood in the region a century ago?

As a result, we need to know this. Especially after the Arab Spring, we cannot solve the problems in our hinterland with the architects of these problems. There's no need to be an anecdote to say the end of this road is full of traps. Whether in the Mediterranean or Syria, we have to cut our own navel. There is a saying that "If you believe that you can't make it, you're telling the truth, you can't." We can do it like this, maybe if we say we do, how about we approach the problem like that? You see, may Allah opens new doors.
