The local elections is left behind but the discussions over the election results especially in Istanbul, continue to protect its existence as the first item on agenda. First of all, regardless of what the final result is, I hope that it will be the most beneficial one for our country. However, I want to express sadly that as it seen in the discussions made in Istanbul, it is like a holiday for some of the places that will never return for some logical ones of ours. Especially social media contains so many diseased personalities from those who use the bottomless well keyboards  as guns, to the ones who disorder the society by poisoning around with their tongues. Moreover this medium fawns all kinds of manipulation and provocation like an insatiable monster.

The bitter part is that they don’t seem to be very uncomfortable against this band who makes a trigger for themselves. Presumably, it doesn’t matter to them how dirty the information circulates. I don’t know if they think that there are surely some people in public opinion to believe this and it can be used as an elemet of pressure. At the beginning of all, there is an extremely clear fact that should be a lesson to everyone. And it is that, regardless of which structure, group, party, denomination, cencorship we all are the interlocutors of the divine warning “The hatred you feel for any community, do not push you to behave unjust”. If everyone’s conscience scales are adjusted according to this warning, then we can only find a way to solve the problems that encompassing us. Isn’t the example of Malatya enough to pull ourself together that we stil have those who insist on a grudge and hateful language?

In addition to this, in the previous article we asked that “Is the boiling saucepan keep a cap?”. The election results have showed that the boiling saucepan didn’t keep a cap. The nation has given an important warning to the power. In a way, it showed a yellow card. It didn’t accredit the perpetuity problem. It didn’t approve the accusings like abasement, gang. It has clearly demonstrated that it has prioritized the problems in economy. It understood that the regulated sales are a dressing measure and even it was an eye-painting operation directed at elections. In addition, the nation stated that it is tired now and wants to calm. It said “enough, just stop!” to the rude political language. It showed that lie, defamation, insulting have no place in policy and made it clear that it wants unity and togetherness against polarization-segregation-marginalization.

On the other hand, it is a fact that if the general elections were not held on June 24th, it were held on November 2019 namely in time, it would be possible for the government to change even after seeing these results in the local. The power must know the point we reached as an opportunity to find permanent solutions to the fundamental problems of our country. It should read well the reasons why its strategy in the local elections is not accepted by the electorate. In addition, these election results were revealed while all the introductry mediums were disproportionally used like hitting the heads.

If the ruling wing does not analyze the situation accurately and stil continues to act with the above-mentioned, old dominatio, it means that in the first general elections the larger losses are waiting for them. They must know that an approach like seeing the blame on somebody and looking for the offender outside will not be the right approach for themselves. Because they have been in power for 17 years, still cannot have the courage to look at the mirror then do not hit at right-left and make themselves clear. If they insist on the understanding of the same old same old, they should know that the end of the road seems so close as it never has been.
