Discussions about Russia's invasion of Ukraine continue at full speed. The third round of negotiations was held as of yesterday. When we completed this article, there was no information about the results yet. However, the work has now turned into a discussion of topics such as opening humanitarian corridors and preventing the war from affecting civilians any more. However, it has started to be spoken more clearly that Russia will complete the process by taking Ukraine under full control and then bringing an administration affiliated to it. At the same time, allegations that Ukraine will establish a "government in exile" in Poland were made by serious sources. The occupation is drawing to a close. Meanwhile, Russia was excluded from Swift, the international banking system. This situation will be a great threat to the Russian economy in the near future. There will be great obstacles in front of Russia, which is an important energy exporting country in the world, both to carry out these sales on a healthy basis as before and to be able to conclude new contracts. We see that some ways to develop different payment instruments have started to be discussed, but it is very difficult to say anything clear about how it is possible to implement them in the short term. In other words, Russia is now entering a period that is getting tougher inside and outside. By publishing a list of hostile countries, he actually draws thick lines in front of himself. He thinks that other countries should understand Russia's reasons without exception. It seems that Russia has entered into a difficult process, the effect of which is likely to last for many years from now on.

In addition, it is not yet clear what exactly was discussed during the 3-hour meeting of Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett with Putin in Moscow, but it seems that Israel is in a strategy to understand Russia a little more than the United States. It is highly likely that Israel is playing the role of good cop here. Probably the most important reason for this is that the majority of the oligarchs who control the economy in Russia are Jewish. At the same time, the fact that Ukrainian President Zelensky is also a Jew prevents Israel from being indifferent to developments.

With all this, signs that the global system has entered a different period began to emerge. There was a presumption that nothing would be the same after the pandemic. We can add to this the thesis that global cooperation will not be the same after Russia's attempt to invade Ukraine. Because even French President Macron said that "NATO is brain dead". Former US President Trump had words targeting the established order.

With the invasion of Ukraine, Putin gave significant support to NATO. He was making deep inquiries about the reason for NATO's existence, including its own members, and even Turkey was sending some clear messages to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Since Putin failed to manage the crisis properly, NATO now has another opportunity to build an important identity, perhaps after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. Putin did this. In fact, Russia could both prevent Ukraine's NATO membership and preserve its rising reputation in global politics. Putin assassinated himself. The Chinese thinker Sun Tzu has an approach of "winning without fighting". He says that true leaders are those who win without putting their country at war. It should be known that the control is no longer with Putin. He is now a leader who is trying to protect his economy while managing the occupation in Ukraine, and who has to constantly look behind his country. As he sees the costs of this support to NATO for his country, he will understand this better, but if he continues to insist on the wrong process management, it will be too late.
