When the civil war started in 2011, France was the country that launched the first attack on Libya without waiting for any international decision. This step was not just a decision made by President Sarkozy to ignore the financial support he received from Gaddafi in the elections. Those attacks carried the traces of France's view of traditional Africa and gave many clues to understand their intentions. The first sign emerged in September 2011 during the trips in Tripoli by Sarkozy and British Prime Minister Cameron. The fact that both agendas were oil during that visit made it clear that the imperialists' view of Africa. What Macron does today is actually no different from yesterday. His discourses, actions and explanations show the imperialist French approach that still lives yesterday, the classic dominator, trying to take on a role.

Political scientist Sinan Baykent said, “Macron, like its predecessors, is the language of international diplomacy, the ruled colonial empire is counted as the 'backyard' of France, the French Revolution of 1789 is praised at any time and everywhere and the nostalgia of the Napoleonic nostalgia has yet to be embraced. "It is roasted with the longing of the days." He explained very clearly what dreams Macron had seen.

I do not know if there are people who believe that France is stripped of the so-called peace apostle in Libya, while the massacres and genocides in Algeria, North African countries and other parts of Africa still continue to be alive in the minds of the people of the region. Coming to work with global relations and their direct support, Macron's sole target is nothing more than transferring Libya's underground and aboveground wealth to them as gratitude. His close relationship with Hafter, who is the man of the focal points, as he cooperates today, stems from this common ground. Hafter, who took refuge in the USA for 20 years because he was held responsible for the defeat of Chad by Gaddafi, was wanted to be transformed into an important actor in Libya after 2011, just after 2011. Today, they still want to continue their bargaining shares over Hafter. While France claims that the address for the solution of the Libya problem is Paris, it actually sends a message to Hafter, those who support it and to all parties in Libya, on the other hand to Germany, where it is in historical conflict, trying to be active in Libya with the Berlin Conference.

However, another needy part of the work is Russia's relationship with Hafter. Answering this question will make it easier to understand what happened in Libya in the final analysis. Given the past relations of Khafter, the question of whether there is a different consensus on Libya between the USA and Russia, or rather Trump and Putin, does not come to mind.

In fact, France and Russia, the UN Security Council Permanent Representatives, are ignoring their own decisions with these attitudes. They are trying to undermine the national reconciliation government, the legitimate government of Libya, recognized by the UN. France where incorrectly, suggests that Turkey's Mediterranean syrup for harassment against its warship enters effort to hide bulunarak a complaint to NATO.

Let's come to the last question, let's look for an answer to the question and try to understand what France is doing in Libya. In fact, there are three main reasons for France's view of Libya. These are oil, migration and terrorism titles. Today, everyone knows clearly that terrorist organizations and terrorist activities, which are the most important devices of guardianship wars, are specifically used and designed by sovereigns to guarantee oil and other targets. Let's think like this; If there is no reason for terrorism, how will France be able to intervene in the regions it wants to enter? Well, let's look at the migration head. Isn't it the human mobility that emerges as a natural result of the conflict and civil war environment created by specially designed terrorist activities that open migration activities? So, what is the main purpose of France, one of the most brutal colonists in history, in the light of all these intertwined titles, if it is not an attempt to seize resources in Libya? So what is France doing in Libya? Thus, the question of what France has in Libya has not found the answer, do you think?
