Touching on the legislative, executive and judiciary parts, CHP Spokesperson Faik Öztrak said in his speech that they will prepare a new Parliamentary bylaws, that they will end the practice of sack laws, and that the authority to withdraw from international conventions will be given only to the Parliament.
"We will put an end to special authorized courts. We will take the necessary measures to ensure that the detention is an exception. We will prevent the appointment of members of the Constitutional Court by means of a draft. We will lower the electoral threshold to 3%. We will ensure freedom of the press. We will reorganize the public administration according to the principles of equality, impartiality and merit. We will abolish the offices and boards of the Presidency", he said.
“WE WILL REDUCE THE TAX LOAD ON FIXED INCOME”
İbrahim Çanakçı, Head of Economic Policy of DEVA Party, explained the steps to be taken in the field of economy, finance and employment. Çanakçı pointed out that 238 targets and policies were determined.
"Within the scope of our main targets, we will reduce inflation to single digits within 2 years and increase the average growth to above 5. We will create at least 5 million new jobs in 5 years. We will reset the poverty that emerged with the freak system. We will not impose any responsibility on the Central Bank other than maintaining price and financial stability. We will move the bank's units in Istanbul to the capital. We'll follow up on backdoor sales. We will not open new accounts at KKM, but we will also close existing accounts. As soon as we come to power, we will form damage assessment teams consisting of experienced people affiliated with the president. We will move the Presidency to Çankaya Mansion. We will open the palaces, mansions and mansions allocated to the Presidency to the public. We will sell the planes in the presidential inventory and buy firefighting planes instead. We will use our country's resources for irrigation projects for agriculture instead of rent projects like Kanal Istanbul. Bulent Şahinalp, Deputy Chairman of the Democrat Party, made the presentation, which included promises about education and science. Noting that universities will invest in the future of the country.
"We will make the field of science attractive with the policies we will implement after the elections. We will make improvements in the personal rights of academicians. We will prepare our universities for the future. We will make TÜBİTAK an institution that only conducts advanced research with research industries. We will clarify the financial definitions of entrepreneurship, shorten the grant processes for entrepreneurs and make them more effective. We will prepare incentives for women and young entrepreneurs. We will reduce the tax burden on digital products such as computers, tablets and mobile phones. We will provide free 5 GB internet connection per month to all young people between the ages of 6-25. We will restructure education as the basis of social development. We will base our education-based and merit-based appointments in the Ministry of National Education. We will bring the Board of Education and Discipline to an effective position. We will definitely ensure exam security. We will remove LGS in high school entrance exams in the process. We will implement compulsory education as 1+5+4+3. We will create a referral system where no student has to go to the high school program they prefer. We will ensure that each student learns a foreign language and software. We will abolish YÖK and establish a board that will provide connections between higher education. We will not sacrifice university lands for rent, we will completely solve the dormitory problem of universities. We will dissolve the number of teachers who could not be appointed and remove the interview," he said.
