Since the day it was founded, the National Youth Foundation (MGV), which has been by the side of its nation and embracing the ummah, is constantly on the field to heal the pain experienced today as it was yesterday.
Anatolian Youth Association (AGD), the current representative of the National Youth Foundation (MGV), which works in every field, distributes aid and establishes soup kitchens by running to the aid of the disaster victims in the 99 earthquake, is also working on the same road and direction.
According to official data, 17 thousand 480 people lost their lives and tens of thousands of people survived with injuries in the 7.4-magnitude earthquake centered in Kocaeli's Gölcük district in 1999, which left deep traces in our history and turned into a disaster in many cities.
The National Youth Foundation (MGV), which worked to heal the wounds in the field at that time, continues to work to heal the wounds today as it did yesterday.
The Anatolian Youth Association (AGD), the current representative of MGV, continues to work in the earthquake zone after the earthquake on 6 February.
IN 1999 MGV WAS WITH THE EARTHQUAKE VICTIMS, IN 2023 AGD WITH EARTHQUAKE VICTIMS
Established in 1975 with the directives of Milli Görüş Leader late Prof. Dr. Necmettin Erbakan, MGV delivered many aids to the earthquake area after the 1999 Gölcük-centered earthquake.
In addition to the aid it provided to the region through the provincial representatives, MGV established soup kitchens and carried out activities for the survival of the citizens who survived the earthquake.
MGV, which was in the hearts with the works it carried out at that time, was closed during the 28 February process, and then the Anatolian Youth Association (AGD) was established.
After the destruction in 11 provinces with the earthquakes on February 6, AGD, acting with the "National Youth Spirit" in the earthquake region, still continues its work.
ASSISTANCE WORK CONTINUES IN EVERY FIELD IN THE EARTHQUAKE REGION
