Judicial holiday is over, it is time for action. After about 40 days, the judiciary back to work.

With the new period, problems that are waiting for immediate solutions are expected to be resolved. 
 
While it is expected to solve the problems such as long detention, length of proceedings, high number of files that obstruct the justice system in the new period, Judicial Reform, which is the product of a long study, is expected to be among the first agenda items of politics.
 
The opening of the new judicial year took place the day before. However, the new era began with problems. The Judicial Holiday, which started on July 20, ended on September 1, and the opening of the new term was held on Monday, September 2. 
 
In the new era, there are dozens of problems waiting to be solved in the judiciary. Judicial Reform Strategy Document is one of the most important issues to be solved, while citizens' demand for a new constitution will be among the most discussed topics of this period.
 

INTENSIVE JOB AWAITS JURISDICTION IN THE NEW ERA

 
Judicial holiday is over, now is the time to act! Turkey has made the job of the judiciary after the 40-day vacation! 
 
With the end of the holiday, the judicial bureaucracy was met with heavy workload. While the judiciary is awaiting critical cases in the new period, the solution of the problems such as long detention that blocks the justice system, the length of the proceedings and the high number of files will constitute the first agenda items of the politics. 
 
On the other hand, the Judicial Reform Strategy Document, where the Ministry of Justice has been working for more than a year and has consulted stakeholders, is among the first issues of this period.
