The opening of the new service building of the Anatolian Youth Association (AGD) Ankara Branch around the Ankara Hacı Bayram-ı Veli Mosque was held with great enthusiasm. Speaking at the opening, AGD Chairman Salih Turhan stated that with this new building, they will reach new youth and carry out works at the foot of His Holiness Hacı Bayram-ı Veli.

Felicity (Saadet) Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu, AGD Chairman Salih Turhan, Iranian Ambassador Mohammed Farazmand and Pakistan Ambassador Undersecretary Abbas Sarwar Qureshi were also present at the opening. After the opening, a collective iftar program was held.
TURHAN: “WE DID NOT HAVE A CENTER IN THE REGION FOR YEARS”
AGD- National Youth Foundation (MGV) Chairman Salih Turhan, who stated that the young people will be raised next to His Holiness Hacı Bayram-ı Veli, stated that the MGV Headquarters was located in the same region in the past, and that new young people will be trained in the new place. Turhan said, “Previously, we had our MGV Headquarters in this area. At that time, when that building was being opened, our late Erbakan Hodja, had instructed our late President Adnan Demirtürk to raise beauties for the youth of our country at the foot of His Holiness Haci Bayram-ı Veli at the National Youth Foundation and Anatolian Youth Association. As a result of this instruction, our MGV Headquarters was established here with the work of the late Demirtürk brother. However, unfortunately, it was demolished within the framework of the renovation works carried out around Hacı Bayram and we did not have a place to carry out our work from this region for years.”
TURHAN: “WE WILL CONTINUE TO GROW BEAUTIFUL ROSES AGAIN”
Reminding that the region was a derelict area before the urban transformation works carried out, Turhan stated that new young people were also trained in the MGV Headquarters in the region and added, “It was stated that there were people who did troublesome jobs in these derelict areas during the period when the MGV Headquarters was here. The elder brother Demirturk said, ‘We will show how roses can grow by sticking to the skirt of His Holiness Hacı Bayram-ı Veli, with the instruction of our teacher Erbakan.’ I hope we will show you how to grow beautiful roses again in this beautiful place."
