While the members of the specialized commissions were distributed according to the parties in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, the deputy chairpersons of the parties were also determined.

The legislative year, which goes into recess as of July 1 every year, will continue its work by not taking a holiday this term.
 
In addition, many topics such as minimum wage and civil servant hike are expected to come to the Parliament.
 
With the start of the 28th legislative period in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM), commissions, legislation and field studies continue.
 
The distribution of the members of the specialized commissions according to the parties in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey was announced the previous day.
 
In addition, the candidates of the parties for the Deputy Speaker of the Parliament were also clarified.
 
According to the accepted proposal of the AK Party group, the Parliament will not go into recess on 1 July.
 

BEKIR BOZDAĞ BECOMES THE VICE PRESIDENT

 
The General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly convened for the first time under the chairmanship of the new Speaker of the Assembly, Numan Kurtulmuş.
 
In the session, the group proposal of the AK Party regarding the distribution of members of the Parliamentary Presidency Council and the specialized commissions by parties was accepted.
 
According to this; The Presidency Council of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey will consist of 20 members, excluding the Speaker of the Assembly.
 
In the distribution of council memberships according to the parties, 1 deputy chairman of the AK Party, 1 deputy chairman of the CHP, 1 deputy chairman of the Green Left Party,
 
MHP received 1 vice chairman. AK Party's vice president Bekir Bozdağ, CHP vice president Gülizar Biçer Karaca, Green Left Party vice president Sırrı Süreyya Önder, MHP's Celal Adan.
 

DISTRIBUTION IN SPECIAL COMMISSIONS

 
Petition Commission 12, Plan and Budget Commission 30, SEE Commission 35, Digital Media Commission, Security and Intelligence Commission 17 members each, European Union Harmonization Commission, Human Rights Investigation Commission and Equal Opportunity Commission for Women and Men, 27 members each, from the specialized commissions. The commissions will consist of 26 members each.
 
In addition, according to the accepted proposal, the General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey will continue its work by not taking a vacation on July 1.
